2. Account, Sign-in & My Page
The site supports sign-up, sign-in, and password reset (email with a reset link).
After signing in, My Page lets you edit your profile (email, name, phone, etc.), view order history, manage delivery addresses, and change your password.
Favorites are available for both articles and works (adding/removing favorites requires sign-in).
3. Work Detail Pages
When multiple images are available, use the gallery on the detail page to browse them. Check the work number, price, and artist information.
For in-stock works that are not in an active auction, use “Add to cart” to proceed toward checkout.
For works that support negotiation, signed-in users can use “Request price negotiation” from the detail page.
Works in an active auction cannot be bought via the regular cart. Follow the auction link shown on the detail page.
Sold-out works do not show purchase or in-person visit reservation actions.
For in-stock, non-auction works, “View the work in person” opens the visit reservation form (/preview).
4. Cart & Orders
Review items in the cart, then continue to checkout. Placing an order requires sign-in.
If no delivery address is saved, register one in My Page before completing an order.
Payment methods include bank transfer and credit card (Square invoice). For card payments, we send an invoice URL after your order.
For payment methods and other legal information, see the legal notice and on-screen instructions during checkout.
5. Price Negotiation & Auction
Negotiation is only available for eligible works and settings. Follow the on-screen flow.
Auctions are handled on the dedicated auction page. Detail pages change how purchase options are shown while an auction is active.
6. In-person Visit Reservation
To view a work on site before purchase, open the visit reservation page (/preview) from “View the work in person” on the work detail page.
The form lets you choose a preferred date and time slot. Auction and sold-out works are not eligible.
The reservation page includes our address and general availability. After submission, a copy is sent to the email address you enter.
7. Gallery View
Gallery View lets you browse works in slideshow format.
The “Gallery View” button opens a modal; you can also open the full-screen slideshow view (/gallery-view/view).
8. Contact & Notes
The contact page has a form for your name, phone, email, and message (no sign-in required).
You can also email us at the address shown on the contact page.
Stock, sales mode, and available buttons differ by work. Always read the messages and labels on each page.
